2. Our service

Micha TalentHub GmbH provides recruitment and placement services connecting candidates with employers in Germany. Job listings are provided for information and may change or be withdrawn at any time.

3. No placement fees to candidates

We never charge candidates for a job offer or placement. Any official costs you are responsible for (e.g. visa, exams) are always communicated in writing in advance.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and genuine documents. Submitting false information may result in your application being rejected.

5. Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee placement. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
